I embrance the characteristics of your own family – such as the number of generations, the number of family members in each generation, how everyone is connected, and your family's bioregion(s) – to create a distinct pattern with branches, foliage and fauna. Here is a step-by-step outline of how the customisation process works.
- Ask any questions: get in touch anytime, I’m happy to help or to discuss special requests
- Place your order: Choose your size, number of names, earth tone, tree species, and tree type (see options in the diagram below)
- Share your names: I’ll send a simple form to complete with your family names and tree customisation preferences, or you can send me these however you prefer
- Receive your proof: Within 3 days, I create a sketch and digital proof for you to review
- Changes and sign off: I refine the design until you’re completely happy
- Dispatch update: Within 3 days of sign off, I print, package, gift wrap and dispatch with an expected delivery date
- Delivery: Your print is tracked, insured, and can include a handwritten gift message
- Feedback: Reviews, recommendations, or social shares are always appreciated
- Give back: £20 from your order is donated to Fertility Network UK and National Trust
- Future updates: I can update your tree at a later date with additional names at a discounted rate
